Cristofer Maldonado was our inspector and he did a fantastic job checking our home. He was very thorough both in his work and his explanations. Met with Level Check Foundation Repair Representative- Tina Coe and was impressed with the experience, knowledge, and making things understood where my wife and I were comfortable and receptive. She took measurements, made a diagram of our house then presented the findings. Tina gave a short presentation of the various techniques to level our house and a cost estimate of what the repairs would cost. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend Tina to others if they need an estimate.

We had kitchen addition foundation (10’ x 42’) leveled yesterday 8-3-26 by Level Check.
Foreman Angel Solis arrived early to set up things by marking pier locations and rechecking inside the level measurements. The crew arrived shortly afterwards and immediately got to work. Supplies were unloaded and digging of piers started. This crew worked non-stop until 9 outside piers were dug. Then the concrete piers were pressed in. Later, Supervisor Trey McCurdy arrived and checked on all aspects of the job. I had some concerns and he was open to discussing them and satisfied me by giving good structural answers to support my concerns. Once lifting began Trey and Angel instructed the crew in precise spots to lift. Three piers were installed inside by busting thru the kitchen floor with prior prep work done first by putting up plastic over openings and cabinets with the floor being covered in paper. Everyone was respectful of our property often removing shoes before entering inside and they did a great job of after work clean up. The work was concluded in one day surpassing our expectations. When Tina Coe had originally came out to give us our quote she had given us a breakdown of the work when it happens. She was exactly on point. This was a great crew and everyone worked tirelessly toward the goal at hand. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Level Check over any other company. We were quoted up to four times the amount we paid for this work by other companies.
