What is included in our comprehensive foundation inspections :

Creation of a house-scale drawing using specialized software.

Exterior inspection with documentation of concerns, including photos and notations of cracks and separations, and identification of utility lines.

Interior elevation readings using a Ziplevel device, with recorded measurements and additional notations for issues like sheetrock cracks or unlevel framing, if present.

A detailed verbal explanation of readings based on engineering standards, accompanied by information on repair plans and an overview of our company's history.

Delivery of a final PDF report containing the diagram, readings, notations, and photos, along with an itemized proposal if repairs are needed.

Please note that we do not provide a written report on company letterhead.

Houses that are under 10 years old are typically under builder warranty. For this reason we charge a $250 Inspection fee.

Non-refundable but can be applied as a credit toward repair costs if you choose Level Check Foundation Repair for the work.

Wow!! Super impressed with this company!! “Triple A” (nickname of the specialist who inspected our home’s foundation) is not only very experienced, knowledgeable, kind, and professional, he is very honest as well!! That can be a difficult combination to find nowadays. Our home is an older home and the foundation checked out just fine!! Yay!!! Triple A was honest and did not try to invent some reason that would cause us to think we had a problem that needed fixing! He is a true gem who is evidently working for a company who believes in honesty! The whole process was very thorough. Triple A explained what he was doing each step throughout the procedure. I highly recommend this company as well as the specialist (Triple A) they sent!
