Even though there were visible signs of potential foundation issues on the exterior, he carefully inspected the interior and explained that there were no concerning indicators inside the home at this time.

What really stood out was his honesty—he didn’t try to upsell or create unnecessary concern, and he didn’t charge for his visit. Instead, he took the time to walk my clients through exactly what to look for moving forward and encouraged them to contact him right away if anything changes.
